GHL Sports started in 2007, offering a fun and
competitive place for adults to play coed floorhockey. Starting in 2011, we have expanded our offerings to include co-ed slo-pitch. All participants are
expected to emphasize respect, good sportsmanship and teamwork. All games must
have 3 females on the field, no more than 2 males or females can bat
consecutively. Anybody over the age of 18 with a positive attitude and all
skill levels are welcome to join.
Game
Format
Games are played to 7 innings. Games are self-officiated and played with a traditional pitching style (your team pitches to the other team, 3 strikes and your out, etc) In the case of a double-header against the same team, the first game will end after 5 innings and the second after 7 innings. In a double-header against 2 different teams, the last inning of the first game will start no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the second game.
